It would be the pvp maps however if you consider the time you can finish coop vs ai games (about 10-15 minutes if you're jungle since you can secure grubs and rift), on top of being able to speed through the tutorial missions with it to get all the exp coop vs ai intermediate may not be bad, I believe there was a guy who sped though an entire account in a week with the exp boost.
