She didn't even realize she wanted kids until a few months ago, so there will be a few more negotiations going forward. I think everything for her is couched as "well, I like my family, too", as if I don't think her brothers and dad are cool. The obvious compromise is to use her parents names as the kids first names, which suits me perfectly fine.
