I don't think this will be bad. The disruption effects when synchro summoned and the ability to reuse them with the Loudness and the trap can add up. Also, Redseal is a monster negate. Idk if it's tier 1 but it will definitely see some play. Don't forget there's still 1 more card that needs to be revealed.
