i had an oc once that had a ruler as their weapon. i can totally do a buster sword ruler. i have an idea- my oc could use the ruler to ACT, and by measuring the distance between the enemy and my oc, you could separate the distance between the two. kind of like the hand from jojo part 4. what do you think? what other abilities could a ruler possess?
