How to fix League of Legends
1. Add social security code verification like South Korea so if you get permabanned you're permabanned for life instead of just making new acc and continuing to break the rules
2.Dodging should make you lose 2x the lp you would lose if you lost a game so even if "the game is lost" because ur vs ur counter/didnt get your onetrick/the team didnt listen to your teamcomp request and just picked what they wanted to play etc. you're forced to just stfu and play it out instead of wasting peoples time on another queue and champ select.
3.Make chat only available for people who are Honor 5
People under Honor 5 can still ping and see the messages of honorable players but they cannot speak themselves
This will make people think twice about flaming once its not just "oh ill just wait 14 days for my chat restriction to end and ill have chat back its worth it to tell my jungler hes a nigger and he should kys" they will be muted not for 2 weeks but for MONTHS until they get that honor level back up.
