I am not sure what to make of the KoS. It might be implying that you have a level of favoritism or nepotism or more likely, it might be that their jobs depend on yours so even if you are friendly and empathetic which the spread clearly implies, there's a subtle level of intimidation. To them you are more of your position than a person at least in general. That said you are well liked and appreciated, part of the group. While I dont have the time to go too much into details, if you are hoping to date someone there, its possible.

I too would sacrifice a high pay job - but- I'd need to know its for the right reason, otherwise, if forced to do so out of preference and not practicality, I would probably judge my partner because of their lack of commitment. I think that's where I get confused, if I am willing to drastically change my life to improve theirs (and mine), its hard not to lose faith in them when they put themselves in front of it.
