He definitely gotten better. I have a bunch of his mods and it's great. He's one of few mod authors I check up on from time to time.

The outfit itself? One of the reasons I hated updating followers, because I would mess up something or change something. It's probably the npc skeleton node. I wish I still had that old outfit so I could take a look.
