Not really an answer to your question, but still some point of reference.
First is SSS+ Jetavie with 5* weapon, no hypertunes, and unfinished 2 ult resos.
Second is SS0 fish with 6* and dlt. Fully hypertuned harmonized etc.
Honestly, it says more about how bad fish is than how good Jetavie is.
The entire team is just Lilith anyways.
