Raian is too much of an edgy loud retard to ever be like Yujiro. No one in setting seems to like Raian on a personal level besides Ohma and his own family thinks he's a violent moron who they only put up with because he's basically their biggest attack dog
Yujiro can at least hold a pleasant conversation when he wants too. Even all the way back in the Kid Baki arc he's shown to have friends and associates and both Baki and Jack are shown spending time with him
