Rentarou from 100kanojo is the furthest thing possible from the typical self insert and is arguably the most charismatic and developed member of the cast despite being a harem series. The only good harem of the past decade (or arguably ever) is 100kanojo because it doesn't have losing girls or shitty drama, it sequesters cute and ecchi into different characters and it's legitimately funny by playing with the tropes of the genre..
