What mechanism do you propose that a free man in a free society should have to prevent trespass by agents of the state? Not a libertarian schizo question. Genuine one. What should a person do? Find a new America, colonize it, then win a war of independence against America, create a constitution that's supposed to guarantee it, and prevent breaches as they occur with _____?
Pretty clearly the problem here is that the state believes it has moral authority to do this stuff, and enough people like (you) seem to agree with them that it's not a votable issue, so at best we're looking at a tyranny of the majority and at worst we're looking at literal organized crime rackets operating using state protection. I'm not saying that Mr Libertarian Schizo should kill anyone who crosses his yard line, but I'm unclear what alternative any of you propose to threatening lethal force against such trespasses. It seems like we've come a long way from "2A exists to protect 1A and prevent tyranny", and now it's something like "2A exists to support hobbies".
