China is full of weebs, they don't give a fuck about whether the game has Chinese VA, just so long as it's not shitty English. Even if just 1% of the population was mega-weebs, that's still 14 million people.
China just makes up a huge proportion of PC gamers these days, hence why they're often the largest region for every Asian game.
