That was Han–Xiongnu Wars, no relation to Three Kingdoms. Actually fun enough to play and does have plenty of unique mechanics, it's just they ended up never adding a lot of what they were promising after release (and the attached manual stil does kek) because of both negative fan reception and from what I've heard from the Chinese side some kind of mess with the ways the earnings are divided between Taleworlds and the Chinese team.
