Probably. I haven't heard of crankshafts becoming cheese except for KTMs. They knew they had a shit reputation and really pushed their QC.
I've had picrel (2019) for 8 months. No major problems so far, but I bent the rear brake lever by pushing it too hard (previous owner was a retard who rode 100 miles a year and adjusted the lever so high up it could barely apply the brake). Also, the gearbox can find neutral between any gear, but otherwise seems solid. The speedo goes whackass if I ride in heavy rain.
Good point: easy as fuck to DIY service. Did my first valve job drunk and in about an hour.
