Honestly? Buying crew skill is the most unfair advantage you can have until you reach the highest tiers.
This said, some extremly handheld premium vehicles are:
Sherman I Composito, Ariete (Plane), KV-1E, 2S38, Ka-Chi, KV-7, Sherman III\IV, Pbil m/40, SAV 20.12.48, the Tiger 1 Pack (if you know how to play them)
