Not really, no. A be quiet! case is your best bet. Not many silent cases made due to lack of demand, inefficiency, and only use case being sound sensitivity. Better off getting a high airflow case and using a silent fan profile in BIOS. Silent cases are a very VERY bad idea, unless you genuinely need one for medial reasons or whatever. Very bad idea.
