Let's go down the list...
>New/Changed Locations/Quests
Good overall. I don't personally care but a lot of people like having new content. It shouldn't negatively affect the game unless the quests give OP gear.
>World Bosses
Absolutely retarded
>Factions
It's mostly just new items from existing factions, or grinds for epic mounts. Probably a good thing.
>Rares
I never cared about them(as long as they don't drop OP loot).
>Racials
Weird attempt at balancing racials. Feels unnecessary and kind of stupid.
>Professions
Some good, some bad, and some terrible. In any case, a significant departure from vanilla.
>Race/Class combinations
This is mainly an issue of alliance shaman and horde paladins. Which I'm personally not a fan of, but the server is cross-faction so it doesn't matter.
>Challenges
Classic-style Hardcore is too easy. Explorer's Contract sounds stupid.
>Difficulty
Could be too easy, could be too hard. Or really, some things could be too easy, and some things could be too hard. This would take a lot of work to "get right" because of WOTLK talents and TBC health scaling.
>Epoch Time
A more dynamic world is good. Items/abilities/etc that depend on day/night cycles is retarded.
>Travel Together
Don't care
>Achievements
Fun little extra
>Transmog with turn-off feature
Fun little extra which can be turned off
>Guild bank
>Mount scaling
>Barber Shop
>Collections
>Warmode
Good overall but don't really care
>Dual Spec
I don't like WOTLK dual spec. I would rather free respecs at the trainer for a large upfront fee.
>Queue anywhere
It's a good thing on a PvE server(Epoch is PvE + warmode). It is terrible on a PvP server.
>TBC Talents + extra 10 talent points
Unpopular opinion, but I've always hated TBC talents. There are some good things, but they actually feel less flexible than vanilla talents. Moreover, OP buffs/debuffs to justify/necessitate bringing a spec is terrible game design.
>10-man/25-man raids
Suck. Need 40-man.
