Ok so basically these order guys are responsible for keeping the existence of everything that isn't human secret? They sound kind of like the scp foundation if hey were a bunch of assholes. So what made them reveal to people that there are other species? Did something happen that was too big to keep under wraps? Or did they just decide that enough was enough and felt like they should reveal everything to the world? Or did a human zombie virus just pop up and fuck a bunch of countries over? One more thing, why don't they bother to deal with monsters and humans hooking up and the like before the disclosure?

Ok that should be all my questions before I start working on this.
