I came back last week, input lag is as shit as always, but apparently several characters got buffs/nerfs that now I gotta re-learn how to play.

Like, when did they nerf the Shotos? I remember I could combo tatsumaki+down tilt but now there's endlag.

Same for characters like HERO, I don't remember him being this "fast"
