Dumping initiative stats and int might be a terrible idea but i've never played full tincan and I don't really feel like crafting so idk if there's a better point allocation. Also not sure what feats to take first, thinking conditioning for the extra defense since i'll be getting hit alot and paranioa to help make up for my shitty initiative
