I've seen Goten x Mai and Goten (and Trunks) x A21. Kale x Goten and Caulifla x Trunks are popular craskships. Gohan x Aeos is super common and somewhat implied in Heroes. Trunks x Pan is common. Goten x Bra is so common I am surprised you didn't include it.
