Basically, just make what you do feel more impactful and thoughtful, while making you feel more like you're playing Magneto.
Fix his M1 and M2 projectiles to it's faster. Improve the audio and visual feedback so they feel good to use.
Make M2 projectile require a little more charge, but deal more damage, so it feels more impactful than just a slightly better M1. Make the 1 ring projectile pull enemies towards you by 4m. Give it a 3s cooldown, to avoid 1 ring pull spam.
Remove meter on Magnetic Curtain, give it a cooldown and set duration. Have it fire back a wave of metallic debris based on damage absorbed, capped at 150.
Have Magnetic Descent lock him vertically for a few seconds to allow him to float/fly.
Improve audio visual feedback of Meteor so it doesn't feel like you're throwing a ball of paper.
