If you can get your jungler to camp your lane then sure. If not, you are fucked if you don't have ult+flash available, and before you even get your ult, you will be zoned out extremely hard if Quinn knows what she's doing. You will get poked down and you will sit under tower possibly not even getting XP
Even with the stridebreaker, as long as Quinn keeps her distance away from Garen, going for upgraded boots first and utilizing her W passive then you will not reach her at all to use it without flashing or her fucking up positioning

Yeah i don't think Quinn will 1v1 you when you have 2 items already. By that time first towers will be down and Quinn will be roaming everywhere

It might either be to have good respawn timers on the camps or the jungler has a slow clear and is going to contest river scuttle or they're early ganking champ and they're setting up for an early gank. I think.
