As ADC you only sit at the edge of fights, dance around at their max range, bait them into going for you, dont even worry about doing damage until they're out of cc's/ults/gap closers, you have to be 1 over than your enemy.
If your adc doesn't take kills, then you're just not leaving them out for pickings well enough. On a guaranteed kill you can even start walking behind the victim, so any flash/dash/whatever they toss out you can still pick it up while you almost "creep block" the freebie for your adc.
