If your adc doesn't take kills, then you're just not leaving them out for pickings well enough. On a guaranteed kill you can even start walking behind the victim, so any flash/dash/whatever they toss out you can still pick it up while you almost "creep block" the freebie for your adc.

RH is 'cheap' and much easier to get than other items such as, say, infinity edge and will therefore let you get your power spike faster. Yunara is a mid-late game champion and you generally want to play the early game patiently to allow for the champion's efficacy in-game by the 2nd or 3rd item.

As for the 1st, if you had any doubts, I can tell you that anything other than yun tal is almost always going to set you back. For Yunara in particular, crit chance is especially important, so this needs to be factored-in for your first three items. If you want BT for sustain, consider it only after you hit 75% crit chance because you really will need to hit that threshold to be relevant.
