Depends on the scaling, on twow it's quite good. It's a % conversion so more dmg = more return. You shouldn't top damage charts by design, but you're an MVP if you actually use your kit: shackles, dispels, fears, etc
also Misery + shadow weaving makes spriest a must have in my humble opinion
