It's anecdotal, but I'm gonna put it out there. The power gap between Ishizu Tears and the rest of the current meta isn't THAT big.

I've fought a few current meta decks in the unlimited event, and the current decks out up much more of a fight than during Tear 0. Ishizu Tear is the best deck, but by such a wide margin anymore.

Maliss, Snake-Eyes, Yubel, etc.... put up a very good fight and it leads to very interesting and dynamic duels.

I actually hope they do something like this again when we get K-9, Vanquish Soul, etc....
