Depends how much uninhibited autism they have. Some people have 3d printed bodykits for cars in small sections. They're glued together then the little gaps have to be filled in usually with a spray foam and finally sanded down until it's seamless. The resulting prototype is then used to make a mould so the mould can be used to make the final product out of fiberglass.
Such a process could be used to make accurate FNAF Toy Animatronic cosplay. Although personally I'd rather not wear a mask made out of freaking plastic. Although I guess you could spray it in sealant but theres a huge difference between spraying a little Warhammer miniature and a whole ass cosplay costume.
