grand strategist trivializes unfair, and i avoid it because every battle plays the same with GS or chrono, but now they added new options for dealing with initiative rolls. the skull can tank and force everyone to attack it early, while also turning half cover into full cover for anyone in the AoE. even on unfair, it can take 2 hits from the sire before going down, and that is before any buffs it receives from idira's raven, and you can ress it for 2 ap.
