Just because the end is next week doesn't mean there'll be more in the future. After all, it's CyGame Pictures (2016) and they're relatively a young studio that could produce more content like AH in the future. Yachiyo is just taking a rest for now, I'm sure we'll see them again. In the meantime, the manga is released in July and blu rays in August. Who knows, maybe we'll get shows that take place inbetween the gaps.
