It would just be in poor taste thematically. If beerus was in asura's wrath he'd be written as the exact callous murderous asshole who gets pounded into smithereens for catharsis. Even if beerus objectively wins, you just couldn't write down the righteous god slayer falling to him in a way that isn't miserably bleak. It'd be like doomsday vs all of animal crossing, just hopelessly repugnant as a concept.
