OHP, behind the neck OHP, sure great. Yet everyone complains about how they don't hit side delts (false but still). Meanwhile with side raises you're lifting almost nothing unless you're advanced. Then you have the UPRIGHT ROW. A heavy compound that can be trained as a main lift and anatomically hits the side delts as well as the yoke. Seems like the perfect middle ground. However you almost never see it, and when you do people use meme pencilneck weights. How about you get terrifyingly STRONG at upright rows, heave some heavy loads and get BULBOUS.
