I'm going to say it: Nobody cared about this band until Chester took his own life. Chester taking his life is what made everyone "love" this band in the first place.

No! When Chester was alive, he was treated as Nickelback by everyone. As Ronnie Radke. As MGK. As whichever music artist that gets no fucking respect and is just treated as lolcow. It's when Chester killed himself, all of sudden everyone always totally loved him (despite dogpiling on him when he was alive), and Linkin Park is the best band ever over being the butt of every joke in music industry ever prior to suicide incident.
The rest? It's just these fags latching onto band that is now "popular" precisely thanks to Chester killing himself. All of their "popularity" is the most shallow and undeserved thing ever. It's like industry plant type of thing, except they aren't on the map because Diddy or someone else diddled them and put them there, but because ex-vocalist killed himself.

In short: This band is Nirvana shirt of current music. Nobody truly cares for them. Everyone claps because of tragedy of ex lead singer, while current bandmates exploit THAT.
