No, that's just the Ekko player who I used to justify going Protobelt -> Mercs -> Lich Bane -> Zhonya's every game. There's many others, but this guy is also playing for survivability whereas the rest are playing for burst. Though they don't take Green Smite.
Lolalytics shows Protobelt -> Mecs -> Lich Bane as Ekkos highest win rate build, but with Red Smite.
I don't hate Nashor's and not going to trash it, Protobelt is just more fun, and allows for funny get aways.
