Right? I don't think I've ever read anything this badly written extended out for this long. It bizarrely seems to compromise on every single piece of it's original premise, coming up with new bullshit left and right like the author was afraid to come up with any kind of actual conflict that might paint any parties in a bad light. Humans? Perfect little war god angels who don't even eat REAL meat, actually. The Arxur? Poor victims of societal manipulation and genetic engineering, actually. The Federation? Mentally retarded glue huffers who are capable of managing a truly massive coalition of civilizations without it collapsing in on itself, actually.
