The burning question I have comes from how Muslims from these areas, even the supposed good ones that renounced their extremism like Maajid Nawaz, who went on to marry British women. As a terminally online guy that's been terminally online for 15 years, I remember there being some reformist muslims that came from northern england, that talked about their experience overcoming racism and then being critical of islamic extremism. These people made a big deal of the police brutality they faced and discrimination.

Yet we know now that these same cops were the ones covering up the muslim rape gangs and were running cover for the rapists.

I think one of these guys is still a mainstream political commentator that works for anti-extremism think tanks. How did he and the others not know about the rape gangs when it was like 4% of their community involved in the raping? Or were they just fucking lying too.
