I had to rotate & reverse the color just to see what you're going on about. Two tiny black dots and a slight smudge on the upper left of the lip? On a picture blown up far larger than the actual head of the doll so you can see the surface texture of the plastic.
Just accept the fact that 3rd world child labor can never make something that fits your level of perfection for $25 and buy the damn doll.
