Nightmare's Trigger and a brief synopsis of the Ashfall Riots. Might expand on them more later, but want to focus on a piece that has more character interaction next. If anyone wants to volunteer let me know, I'm still trying to think of a good story beat to start things off.

Included it in my sheet already, but he's a Changer 6, Shaker 5, Striker/Mover 4. Shaker should probably be higher due to making a big chunk of the city a death sentence to sleep in, but whatever. Disney probably cares more than the PRT, since if he gets close to the park they might have to shut down until he leaves.
