Principles of Biological Autonomy

The proper term for this is when describing networks is called explosion. Thats what I was simplifying here. We can also equate this in another way to error, or deviation from a normal distribution. The actual cause (picrel) is the energy we use to derive these properties. I only mentioned briefly in the summary how societies were historically managed to avoid these problems but much more could be said.
When we use this concept of error to analyze the situation here regarding entropy we can then use engineering principals to design control mechanism to correct these problems. These mechanism are usually the most obvious things every liberal hates like leadership and hierarchy. Perhaps the most important mechanism to managing a system like this is UNITY. Sot hat is where I would emphasize all my initial effort if I was attempting to socially steer a problem like this to a normal configuration (see next pic)
