it's in my limited experience that sometimes limbs have to be too long in order to look good while bent, and the smaller the scale, the more true that is. Hence the Neca movie TMNT in 7-inch scale having much longer legs than the massive quarter-scale ones
but if I might do a little overlappy here to help you.. I'm more of a 2D artist, but it looks to me like you want
>bigger head
>wider shoulders
>a straight torso without hourglassing
>same size upper arms, and hands, shorter forearms
>lower crotch
>slightly shorter, thinner thighs
>slightly longer shins with higher knees
>slightly larger feet
(apologies if this is not the 'TV version' but it looks like it to me. I've only seen part of that show and none of the movies)
