I've got a little change left, so I might pick up some very cheap games out of curiosity. Any recommendations for under £1? I think that's about 1.2 USD or so.

Some excellent choices. Keep Necrovision, CoJ, DDDA, Condemned, Blood, Binary Domain, XII Classic for sure.
FEAR 2 is fine. I guess you could do better.
