No you don't, it has been stated MULTIPLE TIMES that you are not required to support the game forever after you decide to shut it down
if it's a one time purchase game, then you have to provide an end-of-life plan, to leave the game in a playable state, if it's a subscription based, you can just shut it down, as it is a service.
If it's a f2p game, they can shut down the servers at any time they want, they don't even have to leave the game in a playable state
what they have to do is for the players to somehow have access to the microtransaction purchases they made within the game, so if it's character pulls, skins, whatever, then having the game in a playable state would be required for players to be able to access the things they purchased, as accessing those characters would require for you to also be able to play with those characters.

Why is it that people always make these ludicrous, disingenuous lies about things they don't understand? You only had to read the fucking FAQ
