It doesn't even make you gay. It just gives you the option to hit on male or female humanoids, which may also include an option for intercourse. In OP's case, you can have gay sex with male and female prostitutes as any character without choosing either perk. OP wants to keep perpetuating this as some sort of, "glass him" moment, but the only thing that actually changes is that he has even more choices to suck dick than he usually did otherwise. The extra damage is also pretty good.
