this fucker almost ended my whole run. shielded heavy in the aluminum tier. i'm iron tier wearing a stillsuit so he shredded right through me lol. he was literally camping the climbing path to get to the last BG quest book. had to play peekaboo and trade shots with him while his shield was dropped to shoot me. used up all 20 bandages before he died.
