I mean, without being too 'fanboi' for TC, but we've had playable rules for over a year now.
They may not be up to Tuomas' autistic Finnish standards of 'everything must be perfectly balanced but also asymmetrical and every unit and faction has to FEEL unique', but I've had some perfectly good games with the stuff already there.
