Can we stop a second and talk about just how insane this is? Intentionally taking 10 years to complete a project like this is so obviously psychotic I can only imagine something has gone terribly, terribly, terribly wrong, behind closed doors at Bethesda. This is going well into the territory of intentional self sabotage.
