He has a public post announcing when he joined Epic and it was in July of 2022, meaning he literally couldn't have tampered with any of the Street Fighter skins (not even that he could in the first place anyways because he's just a concept artist and not a higher-up executive) because the last wave of them, Sakura & Blanka, was in April of 2022
