Your welcome. Though the thing is 100% IV’s aren’t actually optimal for great and ultra league. What you actually want is high def and hp but low attack.
Attack adds more to the CP formula so having low attack lets a Pokémon fit more stats overall without going over the CP limit.
However. Please do not get too caught up on IV’s or trying to hunt for the single most optimal stat spread for a pokemon. The Pokémon you use, the type synergy, their moves, and knowing how to use them are far more important than IVs. And since you are likely saving your Hundos anyway, using them for PvP is logical. And having higher attack can be helpful since if two Pokémon hit their charge move at the same time the one with the higher attack goes first.
The best solution for ladder anxiety to just get started, and try to reflect on how well you play rather than whether you win or loses every if you’d obviously prefer to win
