Non-Switch 2 owner here.

I think MKW looks fun, but the lack of playing options and being forced to play the game how Nintendo wants me to play puts me off wanting to invest in a new console plus an up-charged $80 game.

I know most people ITT likely don't care about my perspective, but that's how I feel as a consumer. All this drama unfolding has basically convinced me that it's best to just wait a few years to see if Nintendo sorts all this out as I'm nit really missing out on anything.
