This is literally because of the hack, the PDF upload shit is how they took down the site because the staff post-moot genuinely don't know how to update the site and are tech illiterate. The hack revealed that this site still uses the same codebase that it did in 2015 with only small modifications like the new captcha and stuff. The site is still hosted on old 2010s computers that moot got on the cheap too. The site unironically died when moot sold it because the new staff doesn't know how to maintain it and has no interest in doing so.
