Lia has managed to reach Flats Lagoon unmolested and sold some of her stolen goods. With that she got a new pile of rags for her head. Real income is required if she is to get Karl back.

Seemed that way. One of the heavy guards got stripped of his kit, put in shackles, then ended up back at his guard post for some reason.

Perhaps. I only just started playing with Genesis and purposefully didn't look up all the changes it makes so it could surprise me.

Not sure what you mean. Seems like this mod nerfed mining a bit by making the mineral chunks bigger in your inventory but otherwise they are the same as vanilla.
In fact it seems like it's nerfed a few cheesy things like Stealth KOs as well. Exp gains for them aren't as fast.
